How can I fix one of the hard drives?

Error:

E16:Disk 1 was not found. (2010/05/25 12:17:49)

information:

I12:The RAID array works under degrade mode. (2010/05/25 12:17:39)

 

The first drive is constantly working and there's no way to fix it. I have "erased" once and when I tried to rebuild it, that's when I had issues.

If it is presenting you with issues the only way to remedy that is to replace the disk, in warranty you can contact our tech support to set up an RMA for this.  You are also able to purchase your own disk if you need it up and running right now and have the  unit restructure the array for you as well as use an RMA to get a replacement disk
