Web Access and shares keep turning off by themselves

I've got an LS-CHL-V2 with firmware version 1.21. Every month or so, it seems to reset many of its settings to their default values, all by itself. Web Access gets disabled, as well as the shares that have been, up to that point, accessible via Web Access. Everything's fine when I log in as admin and turn Web Access and the shares back on, but I'd sure like to know why the NAS keeps turning these things off by itself.
