Hi all,

 

I have recently purchase a new Terastation 4TB.

I am having a lot of problem transferring data from the old Terastation to the new Terastation. Eg, halfway through the backup error prompts it cannot copy, sometimes saying file in use or invalid file name.

I have called the Tech support and recommends me to use the backup features available in the Terastation web based.

 

Any recommendations is greatly appreciated. 

Sorry, its kinda urgent as I need to make it active by tomorrow.

If the tech support representative recommended using the built in backup utility to transfer data, what backup program were you running previously? Also, what happened when you tried using the integrated backup utility?
