Need to reinstall software on HD-PE320U2

I have a HD-PE320U2 that I bought while on business in Taiwan.  The drive was reformated with windows, and I lost the installed software.  I've tried to get it online, but my SN doesn't recognize.  I'm wondering if I bought it in Taiwan.

 

Can anyone help with ideas how I can download and reinstall the original software???

   That might be the reason because the official way is contact their support.... I would scan the invoice and ask the support nice and politely if you can get the software if you can provide the invoice from Taiwan.

I wonder if anyone could provide us a serial # for one in the usa. I have the same problem my wife and i are in japan bought a portable hard drive I could not read that it says so I thought I would format the drive and start from scrach withthe english version but clearly that did not work. but if someone could provide a serial # for th hd-pe320u2 i could download the english version and everything would be great.

so if anyone has one of these and coud provide a serial # for downloading pourposes only please send.
