NTLworld SSL migration & LS-CHL

I have a 1TB linkstation live and have the mail event notification set up.

 

However now that NTL are migrating the email accounts to SSL I seem unable to get the Linkstation to email via SSL.

 

The details provided by NTL are as follows can someone please advise how to get this to work

 

Sending mail (SMTP)

 

SMTP server name

smtp.ntlworld.com

SMTP SSL

Enabled

SMTP port

465

SMTP authentication

Enabled (or 'Password' on Macs)

SMTP username

Full e-mail address, e.g., richard.branson@ntlworld.com

 

 

Receiving mail (POP3)
