Dear All

I know that this is a site for NA customers but I am hoping that someone might be able to help.  I have recently purchased a wireless router WZR-HP-AG300H and a 2.0TB HDD, HD-LSU2.  I would like to connect the two, but I am not able to.  I can see the HD on the web based user friendly firmware program, but it does not mount and on my Vista computer it does not show up in the network.  Is there something simple I have missed?  I reformatted the driver to FAT, but it still will not mount.  Any help is much appreciated.  Thank you.

Have you tryed to go into NAS / Diskmanagment and reconize the drive you are trying to use?

TodorokiJoe

Thank you very much for your reply.  Yes I have done that and I could see the disk on the NAS page, but I could not mount it.  I have since reformatted the drive via the NAS page and it is now mounted and useable.  I appreciate your help in this matter
