My unit:

1. Link Station Quad with 4 HDD (1TB from factory + three additional 2TB Hitachi HDD), drives are NOT set to RAID.

2. NASNavigator 2.24

3. Window 7 on HP Pavillion

Problem:

NASNavigator is not showing drive volume green bars as it should.  However, when USB drive is connected to LS Quad, the bar for USB volume shows up.

Please advise.

On the web interface or the unit itself?  Also is it just for the drives you replaced?

On the NASNavigator console, not the web interface.  The web interface displays the drive volumes and capacities correctly.

The volume bar is not shown for all drives (original 1TB and 3 additional 2TB's)

However, when I plug in a USB external drive, the bar displays its volume correctly.
