I have a Terastation Pro (TS-H0.0GL/R5) with 4 1TB drives. Can I upgrade the system to 4 2TB drives? Is there any documentation out there that would tell me how to make this change? Or is it as easy as switching out the drives and rebooting?

This is not supported and will void your warranty.

To do this, replace the drives, and perform the TFTP recovery on the front page of the Storage board. This might not work though. YMMV

I have a TS2.0 TGL/R5 and I'm also trying to upgrade it from 4 x 500GB drives to 4 x 1TB drives. I've flashed the latest firmware and got it working and it sees the drives as 1TB drives but the total capacity is still only 1.6TB (in RAID5). I can't believe these things don't let you upgrade?? Is there a 4TB firmware I can flash onto it?

The TS-2.0TGL/R5 hardware is limited to using 500 GB drives as the maximum. There is no way around this, as far as I know.
