My NAS is displaying I11: The number of bad sectors or bad blocks on drive 6 has exceeded the available value.
However, the drive is not flashing or glowing red.

In the directions it states to pull out the drive that is glowing red and it says do not remove any drive that is not red.

Here is my issue. I have a message stating the number of bad sectors or bad blocks on drive 6 has exceeded the available value, but the drive has a green light.

Should I still remove drive 6 and replace it?

yeah! call support if you want someone to help. if it's a terastation, the site will give you the phone number to call even if OOW. Since it has 6 bays, it has to be a TeraStation.
