I have an LS220DE which is showing an error code of e54. From what I've seen online, this equates to a failed backup event. Since this code has been flashing, I am unable to access the drive either in file explorer or in the NAS Navigator 2. I have tried simply restarting the drive, which does not restore access. I have also tried the factory reset described in the manual, utilizing the function button. This did not restore access either, and as far as I can determine, did not reset to factory default. There are no warning lights indicating a failed hard drive.

Anyone have any suggestions to regain use of the drive?

Thanks, Dave.
