Invalid buffaloNas.com name

I keep having to change my WebAccess name becuase buffaloNas.com won't recognize it. I'll be able to use a name for a day or two, maybe a couple of weeks, then I get the message Invalid BuffaloNAS.com name. Anyone have any ideas on why this happens?

What country are you located in? The only reason I ask is because Web access is being shutdown in the EU/UK so you might be flogging a dead donkey trying to fix it.
