Two LS220s but can't see share on one

My two LS220s have been giving me problems for a while. Suddenly with no cause I could ascertain they just stopped showing up and I couldn't see them no matter what. My router smoked last week and I replaced it...and lo and behold...now I can see one of the shares on my computer! Looks like the router was my main problem.

When I go to NAS Navi, I can see both drives and how much space each one has available. I just can't access one of them. When I right click on the drive that's not working and choose "browse shares" or "map share", nothing happens.

I'm running W10. The working drive is RAID1. The non-working drive is RAID0.

I had a similar problem, coincidentally about the same time as you, except the drive disappeared completely from the network, and I could not reconnect it.

Let me just get to what worked for me. I turned off the NAS drive, waited until all the indicator lights had stopped, removed the front cover, and then removed each drive one at a time, and then reseated it. I had to restart my computer, but wa la, back like nothing had happened.

Good luck
