LS-WVL/R1 - Cannot Map Drive

I have this connected to my Windows 11 PC after a few years of it sitting around.
Firmware 1.75 updated from the PC and Im running Navigator 3.0.4.

I cannot figure out how to map the network drive. I just want to copy items over to my PC.

I tried to access on the web but cant.

I do see the drive in "media devices" and on the web in the TwonkyServer, but I really need to map this as a drive so I can copy everything over.

Any tips would be awesome.  Thank you.

that NAS doesn't have SMB2 which Windows 11 needs to map a network drive.
