TeraStation Firmware Upgrade Issues

I decided to upgrade the firmware on my TeraStation (2 TB) model number HD-H20TGL/R5 due to slow transfter speeds to see if it would improve (see my other thread). However, when I try to run the updater, I get this error message:

As you can see, I am running Windows XP. Any idea as to the cause of this problem?

   The image should be working now. Sorry for the earlier issues.

   Well, after that and a couple other errors and just bypassing them about six or seven times, it eventually worked and upgraded itself...
