Recently took over a Terastation (TS-1.0TG1/r5) and I don't have the password. I saw a support article about resetting the device to factory condition to reset the password but I really would rather not lose all the user accounts that are currently configured on the device. Do I have any recourse?

Not really, resetting is the best option.

Hello dear,

 

due to some reason my terastation got down. after restart i was unable to login with admin login. i hard reset the storage but still i am unable to access its web management interface by using admin(or any other user except guest) and default password. kindly if any body have an idea then please help us.
