LinkStation Pro Duo pure crap

I had only issues with the Buffalo LinkStation Pro Duo product since I bough it::

1. the first one was broken and I had to replace it.

2. I have lots of connection issues

3. The serial numbers are not recognised by the Buffalo web site! So I can't download anything and my computer on Windows 7 is not supported ....

This is really bad quality.

Sorry to hear you have had problems.  You can download the nas navigator software if it doesn't accept your s/n from here:

Once you run that program and get your ip address, you can go to start- search \\ipof buffalo ex \\192.168.1.5 press enter. right click on share, map network drive and give it a drive letter and select reconnect at login, then you will have access to your share folder by going through computer and selecting that specific drive letter.
