Can't access web admin TeraStation HS-DHTGL/R5

I can not access the web admin.  I get the login screen and when I login the screen just turns with while the Terastation/Buffalo Header is displayed.  The only other items that show up on the screen is the desclaimer about for help send email to webmaster........  I can loginjust fine as a user but they don't have any rights.  What do I need to do to access it?

You are AWESOME.  I had search for several weeks looking for a solution and came up with nothing.  Tried your recommendations and option 3 was successful.  I can now make the changes I need to make.  Thanks a bunch for your help.
