I have a #3 drive failure on a 1 terabyte HS-DHTGL ((4 hard drives of 250 gb ea.), and have purchased a new but larger drive with the identical RPM of 7200. The new drive is mounted and installed in the TeraStation, but I have not turned on the system as yet. I now need some instructions for how to boot the system with the new drive. I am not very computer savvy, so something simple and straightforward would be to my liking. Can anyone point me to the pdf file (or other file) about how to change out/install a new hard drive? Thanks.

1.  Once you have replaced the drive turn on the unit.

2.  Log into the web interface (IP of the Terastation in a web browser)

3.  Go to disk management > RAID setup

4.  Click on the orange tab next to RAID array 1

5.  Put a check next to the disk that you have replaced and click "restructure RAID array"
