When you create folder by Mac into the Linkstation, created folder has access right only for you. Folder was created under shared folder (media).

When you create folder by Win/Xp, created folder has rights as defines in Linkstation shared folder setup.

And You can not change access rights by Mac afterwords.

Has someone any idea ?

Since the filesystem is XFS and doesn't play nice with Mac permissions set on folders there isn't an alternative except to disable the permissions of the Mac created folder.  No other workaround is available.
