LS-WXL - Cannot Access Admin Page

I've recently put in 2 new HDDs into my LS-WXL link station. I've flashed the latest firmware to them and that seems to have worked ok. Problem is, i want to set up in RAID 1 but i cannot access the admin interface via ip address in the browser.

The unit keeps flashing red 3 times, but the blue power light is fully on. I can see the link station in Nas Navigator and also i can see it attached to my network, so its definitely connected. But when i go to Safari or Chrome and type in the ip address, nothing happens or loads.

Any ideas anyone?
