LS441DE Installation Problem

I recently came to work in a lab that is equipped with a Buffalo LinkStation 441DE. The device has not worked since I arrived. All the drive lights are green and the power light flashes white continually and unendingly. The previous lab person told me that he replaced all four drives with fresh drives before he left. I have tried to follow the documentation and I have repartitioned all the drives. I am at the stage that the SetUp guide indicates install a setup CD and running the LSNAVI.exe This is where I hit a dead end. There are no CD's in the lab and I cannot seem to find an ISO of the LSNAVI.exe program. Is there a location that will have a download of an iso image that I can download? I have tried using the NAS Navigator program, but it cannot see the LinkStation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
