My NAS TS5400 use 4 HDD no Raid (each HDD standalone), I accident remove (physically) 1 HDD from bay then I attached it again but TS5400d send alert "A new drive was detected. Either format it or configure a RAID array : Disk 2"
I try use UFS Explorer to read and check HDD. It seems working fine but I want to plugged again to TS5400D without format my data. Anyone facing same issues and got solution for this ? Please help !

You won't be able to add it back to the unit without formatting it. Since you have access via UFS explorer just back the data up and then format the disk via the terastation.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!
