NAS Navigator2 version 2.78 shared folder issues

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any pointers on how to connect to my shared folder that was previously created. I was able to access it before but now I cant. When double clicking my terrastion from the navigator I keep getting the following message:

Open Folder
\\(my terrastion name) is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The user name could not be found

I am currently logged in as an administrator to the server. I dont think anyone has edited my credentials  on my admin account. I believe I had issues connecting before but I cant recall how I ended up getting to connect. It isnt giving me a username and password box when I try to access the folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just need to verfiy my backups are current on that hidden shared folder. I tried to add my windows username to the users and admin group as well but still get that message.


I have a non admin account on this same server that I logged into and when opening the navigator I was able to double click my terrastion and the windows explorer popped up and showed the shared folder. I doubl clicked the shared folder and was given a log in box. I typed in my admin account username and password and was able to access the folder. Odd. Wonder why it doesnt open the windows explorer page when logged into my admin account?
