LS220D No DLNA Button

I am totally new to NAS and this forum. I have followed all the start-up settings. I can't start a media server because the DLNA button is missing. HELP, please!
Also, why can't we upload pictures?

In either case, did you purchase the SOHO version of the device? DLNA is not enabled on the SOHO devices.

Thanks for the really late reply. I returned the product. I also did my due diligence before making a decision to purchase. I did buy the SOHO version in which NOWHERE on buffalo's web does it say these do not do DLNA even after inputting the complete model number and ending up with a manual that does say DLNA. Fix your site and I will not be purchasing from Buffalo again.
