I'm using web access on android device. If I happen to have web access open when the scheduled automatic upload starts, it works perfectly fine. However, the rest of the time (when I'm not in the web access app), the scheduled automatic upload fails, consistently, with an error message that says "This Method of Communication is not allowed". Help?

Same problem with my new NAS, using WebAccess A on my Samsung A51.  Any help?  I see no responses!  Bummer.
