Hi, I´m using a LS pro duo, with ftp access enabled, FW3.09, I have the following problem.

when accessing the files remotely via the web access (bufalonas.com) I have no problem, but when accessing the files via FTP (windows explorer, or fireFTP) I had 2 folders that show a wrong name something like "JAB?drwxrwxrwx  10 Administrador hdusers      4096 Jan 12 16:47 MISOL" where the actual folder name is "MISOL" when I click the wrong name to access it can´t be found, but if I type the url directly (with MISOL instead of the whole string) I have perfect access.

I have the following questions

1) has anyone else had this problem, if so how have you solved it.

2)is there a special rule for the renaming of the folders (since it appears to be random)

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats a really odd issue that we have not seen before.  I would request that you call our Tech Support Line and we can further trouble shoot this issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, since I don't have the tech support phone number, and this is a "minor bug" since I know the name of the folder and can access it via directly typing URL on the ftp, I emailed tech support, hope we can figure it out soon.
