TS1200 - Error when editing backup job

Recently started having this issue. If a backup job fails, because someone forgot to turn off an application during backup, it gives us an error when trying to edit the backup job. The error says:

"Error: Editing backup job

A system error occured. Reboot the Terastation and try configuring it again."


Last time rebooting it a couple times worked to clear the issue. But now that's not helping. Any ideas how to fix this?
