Error in TeraStation QVH12TL/R6

Please someone help me with this problem

My terastation is displaying this error on the display



when it starts it shows the following:



I already replaced the disk but it takes 30 minutes to boot up and in the end it remains in error and does not show firmware information, nor does it synchronize the time.
