I currently use Acronis True Image 2020 for a weekly full image of the desktop to an external drive.  I have a 16 TB 5420DN TeraStation which I partially backup to another external drive using Genie Backup Manager Home 9.  It is a full and incremental backup plan. These backups work well. 

I want to investigate using Acronis True Image cloud backup for the TeraStation on a weekly basis.   Does anyone have any experience doing this?

The TeraStation is connected to the desktop via a Linksys router.  I don't know if this is a problem for a cloud backup.

Any help on this point would be appreciated.
