HD-PX500U2 cannot download the software using my serial number

I just bought my Ministation HD-PX500U2 in Japan but cannot download the english software using my serial number.

Can someone please provide a complete serial number so I can download and get the software, or provide a d/l link?

 

FYI, this HDD actually already pre-installed with Japanese setup software, however, I'm more comfortable with English one.

I also cannot.  Mine is english AP (asia pacific) version.

May be this is why the serial no. is invalid.

I had sent email to the support.

 

The AP buffalo website is pathic.  It does not include this model at all although this model has been on sale for a very long time.

Call your regional support and see if they can send the software to you via Email.
