So apparently I can not use my existing Windows 2000 AD Server for Authenication....this was news to me after going thru the Manual.  So with that being said, what are my options to do the following:

1)

Root Folder "Employees Backup" Shared to everyone

Sub Folder "employee_nameX"

Sub Folder "employee_nameY"

Only allow Employees to there specific Directory to read/write.  No other user access

2)

Root Folder "Server Backups" shared only to Server Accounts

No other access allowed as well as not shown as a "shared" directory

I called and spoke with Buffalo Tech support and they confirmed that I can not use Windows 2000 for AD purposes.  They also stated about setting up an "SMB".  Not really sure how this needs to be configured.  What I gathered (real brief conversation with Tech Support), Install Windows 2003 Server, have that machine do the AD authenication for the purpose of the new TeraServer only.

Any help would be GREAT.  Heading out of office this weekend for a week and really need to get this completed ASAP.  I do have a Windows Home Server that was bundled with the purchase of this TeraServer.

Much thanks
