   I am having problems accessing the easy backup tab. Every time I attempt it I get a not responding error message and when I finaliy get it to open I see that it is showing that I have had backup errors but I cannot get to them because of the not responding software issue. I am running vista. I tried to download the latest firmware but I am not sure if I was successful in updating.
