Hi,
I have one drive installed in the NAS box with some data on it but want to add a second drive. Can I just add the drive without losing data on the existing drive or will I need to back up the data reinitialize both drives anew using set up and then add the data?
The NAS is very rarely switched on and is bassically used for back up. One disk is a NAS specific disk the second would be a standard desktop drive. Does this make a difference if the NAS is just used for back up and not often switched on?

Regards Steve
