TS-XE6 stuck on TFTP mode e06  can anyone help

For that model it usually means that it us failing to boot from its drives.

If you're not looking to save any data from the device you can try wiping the drives and running diagnostics on them. If they are still healthy (or you replace them with healthy ones) you can re-install the firmware with this process:
