Invalid Serial Number when attempting to download CD Image

Can someone help me?  I'm trying to download the CD Image and Documentation for the ministation hard drive.  I have the HD-PE320U2/BK

I'm entering the 14 digit serial number on the back of my unit and it's telling me that it's invalid.

From what country did you purchase the unit, and from which Buffalo website are you trying to download?

I bought this in Taiwan

and try to download cd image in

If you purchased the unit in Taiwan, you  can only download firmware and CD image from the Taiwan Buffalo Technology site.

The USA Buffalo site is for USA and Canadian customers.
