How do i erase my Buffalo LinkStation Live model LS-CH1.0TL?

I need to return it.  Tech support said I could access tools to the device by pasting its IP address in my internet address bar.  I must have been confused as that did not work at all.

Having backed up my computer to the LinkStation I would like to erase it before sending to Amazon.com.  I see on the message board there is an erease feature but I can't find it.

There is an erase option but in order to execute it you will need access to the web interface.  You can access the web interface by typing the IP address of the lS into a web browser.  You can also do this through the NASNAVI software.  If this process doesn't work for you then please document the problem you are having with the unit, because, depending on the problem, you may not be able to access the web interface.

Oh yeah, and once in the web interface just click on 'disk management' then 'disk erase'.
