Hi,

I have been trying to set up web access to my Link station 520DE, I have tried several times with different combinations of settings but always get the same message when I try to activate WEB access, "from 192.168.10.208, could not get data" 192.168.10.208 is the static IP adress I have set on the Linkstation.

I have tried UpNp which is available on my router and I have tried different ports 80 and 9000. If I activate port forwarding in my Router I can confirm that the ports are open with "CanYouSeeMe.org" also if I access my external web adress I can access

In the window for setting up web access it says on top "Remote access options (service is stopped)" if i click that box I can fill in the rest but the message (service is stopped) doesn't change. Do I need to start web access server somewhere else?

I have the same problem. We moved and the network IP address system was changed. I cannot get the web access service to come back up again. Help!!

I don't use web access, so I don't know how to solve this.

Did either of you try the steps in this post?  It is sticked at the top of this forum:
