Would Windows Defender be a recommended antivirus program to use with the TeraStation WS5420DN?

There are numerous antivirus programs available, Windows Defender is part of Windows and would be considered the minimum.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For a machine that you won't be using for risky thing like browsing the web and installing downloaded programs/etc I would think Windows Defender and automatic windows updates would be plenty of protection.
