Disk backup performance?

I have 2 LS 4TB drives.  I have one set to do a disk backup to the other.  I have a 100MB network that is largely idle.

Why does it take 4 *DAYS* to copy ~150GB of data?  Are there options I can use to improve that performance?  It should only take a few hours to copy that much data!

Both are LS-Q4.0TL/RS and both are running firmware 1.05.

Thanks!
Bruce

I would update the firmware and make sure that encryption and compression are not checked in the backup job.

Also if it is a large number of files it will take longer.
