Cannot access web admin LS-WTGL/R1-V3

When I try to access the web admin(access) on my LinkStation Pro Duo I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

You can ping the NAS and it shows up in the Navi program but cannot get to the web admin.

 

I have tried resetting the NAS and forcing a firmware update. Still not working.

Turn off all firewalls and antivirus programs, maybe even safe mode with networking.  Use Firefox, and make sure you are using the right ip address of the device in the web browser.  Try from multiple machines.
