We have a tera station, TS-2.0TGL/R5 that can't be accessed over network but can be seen by client utility.

This started after a power outage and losing a drive.  I replaced the problem drive but it can't be accessed over the network.

the client utility sees it but not the firmware version.  It also fails when trying to update the firmware.  I've tried browsing over a PC and accessing via the URL and neither work.  I am able to ping the unit.

i tried using the reset button inside the front panel but it doesn't clear the static address.

i don't need the data .. i'd just like to have the terastation back.

It sounds like it's in em mode.  Based on the information provided I would try updating the firmware.

I think I'm having a similiar problem - what is "em" mode?

Bartlett, does it display a firmware version in the NASNAVI?  You say in your other post that you can access the info folder via \\IP?What was it that made you thin that you were having the same issue?
