hello,

I have two LinkStations, which I am trying to use one of them as a backup. For some reason, I can't view the "backup" LinkStation after adding it's IP address in the "source" LinkStation. Here's the information on my setup.

LinkStation - "source" (where I have my data)

Model #:HS-DH500GL

Firmware: 2.10

IP Address: 192.168.1.107

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

LinkStation - "backup" (where I am trying to backup to)

Model #:HD-HG400LAN

Firmware: 1.61

IP Address: 192.168.1.107

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

As you can see both LinkStations are on the same network. All ports are open for them to communicate to each other (8873, 873 and 22939).

Can anyone provide me with how I can get them identify each other?

Thank you.
