Need help resetting HS-DH0.0T GL/RS to default settings -

I went to knowledge base, it says to press init button on back of unit for 20 seconds.

Went to back of unit and unit does not have init button.

Any suggestions?

Open the front door of the unit.  Under the LCD you will see the reset button.

   Thanks, got it reset. New problem - replaced HD2 because of E23 error and trying to rebuild RAID 5. From Disk Management screen check boxes are grayed out and so is Restructure RAID Array button. Any advice?

Did you already replace the drive with a new one?

   Yes. Seagate SATA drive same size

Unfortunately it sounds like RAID corruption.  There isn't another option besides deleting and recreating the RAID.

Not exactly what I was hoping to hear, but thanks for letting me know what I'm up against.

I'm going to try pulling the data off each drive separately to see what I can salvage.
