We have several linkstations Model: LS-1000GL-EU.

One of the devices will NOT allow any kind of management via the web interface. After a successful login if I select any of the left hand side menu options - network, disk managment etc - I see the following re-confirm message "Either the session has been disabled or reached a timeout. Therefore please re-confirm the User Name and Password." Please insert your user name and password.

This process just loops - so i cannot manage the device. Help!

Are you located in Europe?  It could be corrupted firmware.  You can get the firmware off of our site but you will have to pick the UK.  Do not download it from our US site.  Its hard for us to help regions we dont support becuase of the firmware and hardware diffrences.

Yes - based in the UK.

Is there a dedicated UK or Europe support site for Buffalo Devices? I'd be happy to post my problem elsewhere...

I did notice that the exact same problem was posted on this forum (a post by spoonbow)...but without a satifactory reply. http://forums.buffalotech.com/buffalo/board/message?board.id=0101&thread.id=173" target="_blank">http://forums.buffalotech.com/buffalo/board/message?board.id=0101&thread.id=173
