Force firmware update fails

   I can ping my Terstsation and firmware updater finds it, but when tyring to update firmware I get the message "Failed communication with 192.168.11.150 Firmware update cancelled". I also cannot access through web interface. On Terastation display where it should say "HD 1-2-3-4 RAID5" I have only two long lines. I also tried the ip on the display.
