LS-CHL996:  FW1.02

LS-XHLDE6:  FW not available at this time (Forgot to record it)

I have disabled NTP and set the drives to use local time.  When I do, the date and time change according to my system clock on my computer, as expected. The drives maintain proper time throughout the session but when turned off and the turned back on, they do not retrieve the current date/time from the computer.

Any suggestions?

Depending on the device.  There are newer firmware versions you can try.  Also trying to re enable ntp once you updated the firmware.  Make sure you do that wired into the device or router.  Not wirelessly.  If you continue to have problems with the time sync with the device, reinitilize the device.  If that doesn't work call us in to see if there are anything else we can try or get you a replacement if it's within the 1 year warranty and a valid receipt.
