   We are using the built-in Backup module on the Terastation Pro(4 TB). How do we RESTORE files back from that. I cannot seem to find a RESTORE option?

create a new share folder and have that open.  Then try to access the disk through run command: \\x.x.x.x\usbdisk1.  See if you can transfer files over that way.  Back to the device.
