HD-WLU3 DriveStation Duo Orange blinking lights problem

Hi, I have a HD-WLU3 DriveStation Duo with two 2TB hard drives in RAID 1 configuration. The raid was created using the Raid Utility software that came with the product. It's been working fine until today when I tried turning on the DriveStation and I have a solid Blue light with two Orange lights blinking none stop continuously, no pattern whatsoever, just blinks on and off. The orange lights usually turn green when its ready for the computer to access the drive. I don't know what to do, but I was using this as my back up and I need to access some files there.
Is this DriveStation dead? Any suggestions on what I can do to access my content is truly appreciated.
Lastly, it's the raid configuration hardware or software based?
