HD-CELU2 Drivestation network access issue

I have my Drive Station attached to my Belkin router on a wireless home network from Windows XP.

System information:

Host Name: DRIVESTATION

Model Name: HD-CELU2

Firmware Version: BUF-CELU2-1.4T3 LOADER 3.5 W1.7

Windows Network Workgroup Name: WORKGROUP

Problems:

1. Running the Drive Station executable (via installed desktop icon) to access the device across the wireless network results in the following error "The unit may not be connected to the network"

2. Entering  "\\192.168.2.x" (IP address) into the start->run command window results in an error of "The network path was not found"

Confusing issues:

1. I can access the Drive Station admin page in my internet explorer by entering the IP address (as above).

2. I can see the device on my home network when I use my security software (Trend) to check my network.

3. My Belkin router can see the device on its "DHCP Client List"

4. I can access the device via USB from my the desktop and a laptop.

Things I've tried:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling software on my desktop.

2. Ensuring firewalls allow access.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

Try hardwired, it' possible that you may have a weak wireless signal.  If you still dont have any luck disable the firewalls.  Also make sure that you are using the right IP by checking it with the drivenavi, and make sure that this IP has the same subnet as the rest of your network.
