 cannot download the utility software for Ministation HD-PF320U2/BK. It indicates invalid serial number

so what is the solution if the serial numbe is not reconized?

anybody here who knows the answer?

Found the serial number. It is on the device and not on the box.

I have downloaded the software. However, on running the app, it does not detect the Ministation. The Ministation is connected to the USB drive. What is the issue?
